black maxi skirt outfit for school
Woohoo! I was able to sign up for the class I wanted at the local community college. This means that I'll begin learning how to use Adobe Illustrator at the end of the month :) I'm seriously so excited about this class! I'm also really excited to learn how to surf this semester since my friends and I decided we have to learn before going off to college, hahaha.

  6. Thanks for the nice comment!! I love this outfit with the scarf. I totally know how you feel people freak out about prom in the first day of school, but I had a lot of fun so it paid off! Luckily I'm a senior this year so it won't be as crazy

  20. Joyce! Your style is seriously so perfect, I honestly love everything you wear!! I'm still on the hunt to find that perfect maxi that's not too long for my short self. I think it's definitely a good idea to at least have an idea of surfing since if you go away for college inevitably everyone will say "You're from California?? Do you surf!" Happened to me! Glad you landed your course as well, can't wait to see what you come up with :)

I didn't know you were a senior too. I read your interview on the Style Duckling and definitely agreed that I'd like to go out of state too. Congrats on your acceptances to Northeastern and UVa! Keep me updated on where you finally commit to!
