So the IFB project this week is all about defining your own style and I thought to myself that it shouldn't be too hard but now that I had to actually put it into words, it's actually kind of difficult! But after scrolling through some of my old outfits, I think my style is mostly girly (I try to be edgy but it ends up girly anyway like in this post and this one) and casual (for school). And i'm pretty sure this doesn't count as a "style" but I tend to mix prints (especially stripes, like in this outfit!) A LOT. So I guess my style could be defined as girlycasualenoughforschoolprintmixing. It's a new word ;)

Hmmmm i'm wearing a lot of brown today. You know what else is brown? Chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies. I used to have this book that was all about chocolate and it had recipes and even the history of chocolate. Anyway, there was this recipe for chocolate chip cookies and I followed it exactly (terrible mistake) because it told me to put more than double the amount of butter than flour so the cookies ended up melting into this huge pile of goo. Actually, it tasted kinda nice. Especially when I spread it over bread.... I had to eat it with a spoon though. haha did I just gross you out?

Thank you for all the book suggestions! I now have a long list of books to read and I can't wait to start :) 

So it was supposed to rain today but it turned out to be sunny and warm so this outfit looks a bit out of place. Oh well, let's all just pretend that it's raining like crazy. I actually really like the rain since it sounds so calming when it pitter patters on the window. Even better if i'm drinking soup or something. Ahhh that's the best feeling in the world.

I was getting out of the car today and I saw a bunch of wasps which reminded me of the tracker jackers in the hunger games. Anyway, I am going to start making a list of books I want to read since the last time I read a book for fun was the hunger games. Any suggestions? :)

I was cleaning my room today (like a serious cleaning, not a stuff everything in the closet/under the bed cleaning) and I found a ton of cool stuff! Like my diary from elementary school that I completely forgot about it. It was so funny to go back and read it because my spelling was so bad. I guess I didn't know how to spell diary because every time, I would call it dairy. Ohh which reminds me, I just got the yummy type of yogurt with oreos on top so i'm going to go eat that right now...

Cats

Ever since a cat started visiting in my backyard during the summer, I  turned into a cat person. Although I still love dogs so i'll be both! :) Growing up, i've always wanted a dog (i'm pretty sure I asked for one for my birthday for at least 7 years) and even though I never did, I did have guinea pigs! so yay. Grrr but now that I think about it, I think I was the one always cleaning their cages but I guess now my little brother is making up for it because I force him to help me take outfit pictures. Muwahahaha. Do you have any pets?

Hmmmm i'm not sure what to wear with this vest. Ever since my little brother told me I looked like the cookie monster when I wear it, all I can think about when I look at it is that I am the cookie monster (nom nom nom) Any ideas on what to wear it with? But what I do know is that I love these pants! They feel like leggings but they have pockets and zippers so I count it as actual pants bwahahaha.
